用户可以在系统线上下单，首先填写下单基本信息，然后填写寄件地址，可以通过用户保存的地址信息或者智能填写两种形式，用户可以选择快递员上门取件并选择取件时间完成下单，也可以选择自己去驿站线下寄件完成下单。
