云南过桥米线的传说Yaling Cross Bridge Rice Noodles 译丨张雅玲🔹🔹🔹清朝初年，云南蒙自有位书生每日用功读书，准备考功名。
为了更专心地读书，书生在蒙自的南湖的湖中的一个小岛建了一间茅屋，茅屋与湖岸有一桥相连。
妻子每天给他送来饭菜，但每次饭菜送到后，饭菜都已经凉了，书生吃得很不舒服，妻子看到丈夫日渐消瘦，很着急。
，为了给丈夫滋补身体，妻子炖了一只鸡，给丈夫送来了鸡汤，连日操劳的妻子走到桥中间时晕了过去，等她醒来之后，发现鸡汤还是热的，原来汤上的一层油起到了保温的作用，妻子由此得到启发， 每日给他送来鸡汤、生肉、蔬菜和米线放在一起食用，书生身体日渐强壮，更加用功读书，终于考取了状元。
众人前来贺喜，妻子炖了鸡、准备了米线、生肉和蔬菜，用同样的做法招待客人， 客人很是喜欢，吃得兴致勃勃，便问书生的妻子这种米线的名字，她立刻想到每天走过的小桥，顺口说："过桥米线"，从此，过桥米线的名字不胫而走，流传今。

In order to concentrate on his study, the scholar built a hut in the island of the lake, and the hut was connected to a bridge on the lakeshore. His wife sent him meals every day, but after each delivery, the food was already cold, and the scholar was very uncomfortable by having the cold meals. The wife saw her huand getting thinner and was worried about his health. One day, his wife stewed a chicken and sent the chicken soup to her huand to nourish him. When she walked over the bridge she fainted as she worked hard day by day. When she woke up, she found that the chicken soup was still hot because of the oil of the soup, the heat was sealed. The wife was inspired by this. He was sent chicken soup, raw meat, vegetables and rice noodles every day. The scholar became stronger and more diligent, and finally he passed the exam and gained the Zhuangyuan. The people came to congratulate the family, and the wife stewed chicken, prepared rice noodles, raw meat and vegetables again to entertain the guests. The guests enjoyed the meal and asked the wife the name of the meal. She immediately thought of the bridge that she walked every day, and said: "cross bridge rice noodles". The legend of cross bridge rice noodles came from Mengzi, the bridge is on the South Lake of Mengzi.We had authentic cross bridge rice noodles in the restaurant called "good food and hospitality" which local people love and recommend, then we had a photo taken all together on the bridge.
