我非常荣幸地宣布,我们有 1442 名员工通过调查分享了他们的意见,即整体参与率达到 94%。
第三方咨询公司 Korn Ferry-Hay Group 协助我们管理调查和分析结果。
整体而言,2016 年调查结果令人非常满意,结果展示了 Buckman 在安全、环境和社会责任方面的强有力的价值观。
员工感到获得认可和受到尊重,并认为 Buckman 已创造出一个支持多样化和展示关心与关怀的环境。

Steve BuckmanDear Associates,Thank you for participating in the 2016 Global Associate Engagement Survey. I am pleased to report that we had 1442 associates share their opinion through the survey, representing a 94 percent overall response rate.Korn Ferry-Hay Group, a third-party consulting firm, assisted us with administering the survey and yzing the findings. Overall, the 2016 survey results were very favorable and show the strong Buckman values of safety, environmental and social responsibility. Associates feel recognized and treated with respect and believe Buckman has created an environment that supports ersity and demonstrates care and concern. This is a solid foundation to reinforce our strengths and allow for opportunities for growth.Many associates feel well-positioned to be effective although increasing numbers of associates feel there are not enough people to do the work in their area. We are committed to exploring barriers to productivity and recognize there are opportunities to improve the organization and structure of the company.Managers and associates understand the challenging issues we face and express a growing concern for our business prospects over the coming years. We have been very open and honest about the “brutal facts” of our current position. However, we recognize we need to do a better job of communicating how changes will help ensure the long-term sustainability of Buckman. We remain dedicated to our seven principles and acknowledge the importance of trust and clear communication in maintaining Buckman as a high performing organization.Our commitment to safety is reflected in steadily increasing favorable ratings over the past four years. Ninety-five percent of associates feel that Buckman has created a culture that focuses on safety, where their work areas are safe and where they feel empowered to act to prevent safety incidents.
